If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning or exchanging items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items that are damaged or lost due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.

General Return Process

Email us at  with your order number and photos and/or videos of the item. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days to confirm if it qualifies.

Ship the Item Back

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) We recommend using a trackable and signed-for delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return/exchange shipments.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your return/exchange item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After approval, we will either send a replacement item or process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, quality issue), we will issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer's reason (e.g., dislike of item, wrong size/color ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Order Cancellations
